We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date:

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight (or mention Free Shipping if applicable).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email (zynexis.co@yahoo.com). You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner's website.

  • Please ensure you are available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.
  • Please keep the exact change ready for the courier agent to ensure a smooth delivery process.
➡️ 5. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
  • Your Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address and contact number (03212439017) during checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect information.
  • Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or absence, we will contact you to reschedule delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact our customer support team so we can resolve the issue with the courier provider.
